Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women
Hey Ladies, I’m thinking about starting a weight loss boot camp for women and doing it once or twice a year. It would be setup like a retreat of sorts where you would learn how to eat properly, exercise, and simply live a healthier lifestyle. You would be in a very relaxed and enjoyable environment free of temptation and distractions. I would want to do a giveaway on my youtube channel for women who can’t afford to come to be able to win tickets and a spot in the camp.
Before I jump out of the window with this idea I have a few questions for you ladies about my potential Weight Loss Boot Camp For Women:
- Would you be interested in attending a weight loss boot camp for women?
- Where would be an ideal location for me to host it? (Florida, New York, etc.)
- What would you expect / like to gain from the experience?
- Would you want me to hire a personal chef, or would you prefer for me to cook and show you how to prepare your meals in order to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle?
These questions may seem small but they will help me make a decision as to if I will be able to start PrettyKeli’s Weight Loss Boot Camp for Women. Not sure if that will be the name of it or not, just thinking out loud.
The other issue is I’m not sure how many spots I should have available in the camp. I want to be able to give every woman in the camp individual attention as well as the normal group activities and I won’t be able to do that if there are too many spots. What would be an appropriate number of spots to have available?
Thank you all so much for your help! I’m currently in New York and the idea came to me from a family member who needs help losing weight. She said her main issue is with motivation and sticking to her weight loss goals. She asked me if I would be able to be with her for a month in order to help her lose weight. I’ve done a survey on this site before asking women what their biggest weight loss struggles were and it almost always came down to motivation.
I feel like a weight loss boot camp for women would surely be the answer to the motivation problem. To be able to be there and help you physically day and night will increase your chances of success tremendously. They say if you do anything for at least twenty one days it becomes a habit. The camp would last at least three weeks. This way you will have enough time to develop great lifestyle habits and lose an amazing amount of weight. I would give the women in the camp all of my tips, secrets, and tricks to weight loss (all healthy of course) and watch them achieve results they have only dreamed of.
While I wait to hear feedback from all of you I will be contacting companies for sponsorships and goodie bags for the participants of the weight loss boot camp for women. I would like to send all of the participants off with things that will help them continue to live a healthier lifestyle. Please share with me some of the things you would like to receive in your goodie bag if you attend.
Here is a list of some of the ideas I have for the goodie bag:
- Motivational Weight Loss Books
- Home exercise equipment (dvd’s, dumbells, jump ropes, etc.)
- Exercise clothes (yoga pants etc.)
Please share with me some of the items you would like to receive in a goodie bag so I can have a better idea as to what you may want. So Ladies with all of this being said I’m going to give this weight loss boot camp for women a chance by collecting all of the feedback from all of you. If it’s not something you all would be interested and I don’t get a big enough response, my goal is to have a contest and take a small amount of women (maybe 1 or 2) on an all-expenses paid weight loss trip and help them individually achieve their goals.
