One thing I will always do is keep it real with you ladies, there are very few motivation tactics that can compare to a crush.

Imagine your crush came to you and told you “I really want to be with you but I need the girl I am with to possess certain qualities.”

You would then ask your crush “what are these qualities?”.

Dedication
Focused
Energized

Outgoing
Enthusiastic
Healthy

Keep this at the forefront of your mind and go about your normal day.

It becomes a lot harder to eat something unhealthy when you feel like that unhealthy thing is standing in the way of you and your crush.

Purchase a small box that you can cut a hole into as well as put a lock on.

Cut a hole on the top of the box, place the lock on the box, and write your goal weight on it.

Give key or combination code to someone you truly trust that will not have access to the box.

Make a deal with them that when you reach your goal weight, they have to give you the key back.

Every time you receive money, place 10% of it or more into the box.

When you reach your goal you will be able to spend the money in the box on whatever you like!
